Where to find truth??

Well...i watched a Hongkong drama a few days back... the story is about the lawyers... 1 of the so-called "top lawyer" in the show said this:
"Court is not a place to find truth,its a place of evidences...."

i took sometime to understand this statement... And its a truth!!!! no way courtroom is a place for u to get the truth... y i say so??? cause always those rich guy with tonnes of money will WIN~~~~

i personally consulted my personal Lawyer(although she is still a undergrad in LLB but then in a few years time she'll will be a lawyer...) haha... ya right... she's my sister...
so i asked her:"wat do u think about getting truth in court??"
Damn... and u know wat she answered me???
she said:" BULLSHIT!! Court is not a place to find truth!!!"

OMG... i think this is the reality....

How many cases in malaysia that the innocent ppl lost??? How many cases in malaysia those bad guys WON????HOW MANY???? COUNTLESS!!!!

To take a few examples...
1) Canny Ong Murderer is still alive...
2)Norin case still unsloved and the ANIMAL is still wondering around...

haix... lazy to write d... so MANY....

back to the topic... y i said court cant provide us the truth??

Go to Lingam's case.... haha.... teruk man this guy...
few months back,he doesn't want to admit he's d guy on the video clip....
few weeks back he said :"sound like me,look like me but cant comfirm its me"
few days back he said:" no,i dun hav the former CJ's number...how the hell i can call him?"(in the fact he went holiday with him!!!)
but yesterday he said:" no la... i just bullshiting in front of them!!!"

WTF... in said all this in the court!!!! twisting the facts~~~ dEr...
so tell me... wat is the truth???

So??? can we trust our system??
